The NBA playoffs have arrived, any predictions???Boston fan. This will be weird without Bird, Parish, Mckale etc...I just don't want to see Phil Jackson beat Red A. with coach wins. A chimp could have won titles in Chicago with the team he coached having 23 on the floor. Go big 3 in beantown! |

The NBA playoffs have arrived, any predictions???The Spurs have forced a Game 7. I hope their Game 6 momentum will carry over, but I'm still doubtful. The Jazz play tonight, they should be able to force a Game 7 as well. The Cavs, I'm not so sure about.......

The NBA playoffs have arrived, any predictions???At this point I'm still going to say Lakers - Celtics....I know the NBA wants it....but the reason why is for ratings, and I'd have to agree it would be the most compelling matchup going in....
My dark horse now is the Hornets, I'm wondering if they could actually give LA problems (I KNOW they would!!)...if they get past San Antonio...anything is possible. Chris Paul is the real MVP!! |

The NBA playoffs have arrived, any predictions???Well, I'm getting pretty disappointed with my Spurs after Game 2 against the Hornets last night. It looked like a damn replay of Game 1. They do great in the first half, and then in the 3rd quarter, they just self-destruct. I seriously don't know what their problem is. They have to win Games 3 and 4 to get back in the race, cause if they lose Game 3 on Thursday, their finished. Hopefully the Jazz can win Game 2 against the cake boy Lakers. |

The NBA playoffs have arrived, any predictions???Lover of Sports, That is a good prediction, if for no other reason than they are both the #1 seeds. A couple of things though, first off, don't count out my defending champion San Antonio Spurs, and second, the NBA, and the media, and the referees are doing everything, and I mean everything, in their power to make sure it is a Lakers-Celtics finals, because supposedly it will boost TV ratings. When the Spurs are in the championship, anyone that hates the Spurs says they are "boring", because they dominate teams on the defensive end, and then execute to perfection on the offensive end. I think the TV ratings talk is a bunch of bull$hit, and David Stern, and ABC, can quote me on that. |

The NBA playoffs have arrived, any predictions???I believe that it will be the Lakers vs. Hornets, unfortunately i pick L.A. to advance, in the Western Conference and Celtics vs. Cavs with Boston advancing in the Eastern Conference and a Lakers vs. Celtics matchup in the Finals!!!! Boston wins the series 4-2 in a awesome series that flashes us back to the days of Larry Bird, Bill Walton, "Magic" Johnson, and Kareem Abbdul Jabbar.

The NBA playoffs have arrived, any predictions???I am so proud of my three year old son. He knows how to hit 24 on the remote for Cartoon Network and 60 for ESPN. It brought a tear to my eye and I had to share it with everyone. He still sings Lakers Suck and wears the shirt from when we went to the Spurs-Lakers game this year. His damn real father brainwashed him into loving the Cowboys so we are going to therapy for that. Everyone have a great day!!

The NBA playoffs have arrived, any predictions???The logic would tell you it will be a Spurs vs. Pistons NBA Finals. However watch out for the Hornets.

The NBA playoffs have arrived, any predictions???Ivan, I hope Washington can pull off beating Cleveland. Lebron James is the second whiniest player in this year's playoffs, the #1 being Tracy "don't touch me" McGrady. I also love how Lebron thinks he's the toughest S.O.B. on the planet. I have yet to see a basketball player, especially NBA player, throw a punch like he knows how to fight. Buckholz, I'm glad someone besides me is cheering for the SPURS!!!! Go Spurs!!!!!! |

The NBA playoffs have arrived, any predictions???It will be the SPURS for the West and the SPURS winning it all. It would be crazy to think anyone else! The East is up in the air as always, but I definitely don't want to see a rematch of last years final. "Blah!" Maybe Boston can make it interesting.
